It adapts to forms it has never seen
phil reads what each box is asking, not where it sits on the page. Odd dropdowns, unlabelled boxes and redesigned careers pages still get filled. And each site you apply on gets easier the next time.
AI autofill for job applications
phil fills job applications from a profile you set up once: your details, your work history, even the "Why do you want to work here?" questions, written in your voice. You check it and press submit.

How it works
Upload it and phil reads it into your profile. Add anything it missed, like links or the answers you are proud of.
On any job application, click phil and then Fill. Short fields go in at once while the written answers are drafted.
Everything phil touched is outlined so it is quick to review. Its best guesses are marked in amber. You press submit, never phil.
Why phil
phil reads what each box is asking, not where it sits on the page. Odd dropdowns, unlabelled boxes and redesigned careers pages still get filled. And each site you apply on gets easier the next time.
Written answers use your real projects and numbers, one story per question. phil checks each sentence for the phrases that make writing sound machine-made and takes them out.
Gender, race, veteran and disability questions are left alone unless you turn them on and answer them yourself. phil never makes them up.
It is kept in your browser, not on our servers. Passwords, card numbers and ID numbers are never read or filled. No ads, no tracking, nothing sold.
Under ten seconds a page, and close to instant on a page phil already knows.
Typed a great answer yourself? Click "Save my answers" and phil uses it the next time a form asks the same thing, however it is worded.
After every fill phil shows the time it saved you and what that time is worth. A daily goal and a streak keep your search moving on the days it feels slow.
What it saves you
Move the sliders to match your search. After every fill, phil shows you what it saved and what it cost.
An estimate: a typical fill costs about a cent. Your first 10 applications are free.

Questions
No, never. phil fills the form and shows you what it did. You read it over and press submit yourself.
Any application form in your browser: company careers pages and the systems behind them, such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and iCIMS. It reads each form fresh, so new and unusual forms work too.
They are written from your own CV and projects, one real example per question, and checked for the stock phrases that give machine writing away. Read them before you submit and change anything you like. Answers you save are reused word for word.
Everything it filled is outlined, and anything it was unsure of is outlined in amber, so you know where to look. Fix it on the page, click "Save my answers", and phil fills it your way next time.
Your profile stays in your browser. When you fill a form, the questions and the parts of your profile needed to answer them are sent to the AI that fills it. philform's service passes them on without keeping them, and we never sell data. The privacy policy has the details.
Your first 10 applications are free. After that you add $5 to a wallet, and each fill takes what it used, about a cent. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Questions about a payment or a refund go to support.
